OMG OMG OMG!
my first day helping out as assistant leader, on probation though. hahas. but... it's so SCARY yet fun at the same time. can i say i freak out? LOL. it's like my first time leading the warm up. luckily the people were very nice there, tried to hint to me that i missed some steps. i perspire when doing the warm up OK. first time perspiring during warm ups. but i supposed it's cold sweat-.- i was having stupid cramps in the morning but i guess all the anxiety distracted me from my cramps. the pills definitely do help too. hahas. hopefully i can do better:)
